Thank you for choosing TechCatDiaries. Please note that once software has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued. This is due to the dedicated time and communication invested.

Throughout the development process, I ensure open communication to understand your requirements and make your vision a reality. If, upon completion, the delivered product doesn’t meet your expectations, unfortunately, a refund cannot be provided.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, please contact me promptly. I only offer returns within 24 hours of purchase. Additionally, I require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Refund Process:

Upon meeting the return eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed. The credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. For any delays, contact your credit card company and then your bank. Processing times may vary.
